 This 2 bedroom deluxe townhouse (sleeps up to 5) features 1,300 sq ft of living area on two levels. The master bedroom features a full bath and a king size bed. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a 3/4 bath. There is a sleeping area under the stairwell in living room. The unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, with microwave, range-oven, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender & toaster. The main floor 3rd bathroom has a full size washer and dryer in it. The spacious living and dining rooms with two story vaulted ceilings make this townhome unique and special. |

All rates are weekly, unless otherwise indicated. All rentals are subject to 11% sales tax. Maximum occupancy is based on 2 person per bedroom. Discounts are available on longer term rentals. NO Discount for February and March. Payment in full is due 30 days prior to arrival. All rentals are payable in US-funds. We accept personal checks, Travelers Checks, Cash, Visa, Master Card or Money Order.
A $200 Minimum deposit is required with every reservation. Deposits are fully refundable, less a $35 Cancellation Fee (if canceled in writing at least 60 days prior to arrival). Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations after that period unless the unit can be rebooked. Deposits will be returned 60 days after departure, less any charges for long distance phone calls, damage or extra cleanings. In addition to the security deposit, a non-refundable $30 Booking Fee and a $75 Cleaning Fee will be applied to all reservations.
All deposits, prepaid rents or other prepaid monies may be placed in an interest bearing account. Guest understands and agrees interest earned on these funds will accrue to the benefit of TriPOWER Resort Rentals, Inc.
Note: Rates are at $995.00 - $1,195.00 per week in season, and $695.00 - $795.00 per week out of season. Contact Paul Larson (phone number above) for custom packages under seven days.
Sorry, no pets allowed. Young adults between the ages of 18 - 24 must be accompanied by a chaperone over 35.
